Zer has been granted the “Best Employer” award at the Kincentric Best Employers 2022 program, organized by leading human resources and management consultancy company Kincentric.
The program in which we have been awarded for the second time in a row, evaluates companies worldwide according to Employee Engagement scores. In this years’ evaluation, “Agility, Engaging Leadership and Talent Focus” have been included alongside Employee Engagement. We are honored to be accredited as “Turkey’s Best Employer” as a result and an indicator of our consistent progress, positive employee experience and strong human resources practices in the 2021 employee engagement research.
